Healthy breakfast smoothie
Ingredients
225ml/ 8 fl oz chilled orange juice
2 scoops vanilla or orange frozen yoghurt or ice cream
1 egg
2 tsp wheat germ
1 tbsp honey (optional)
orange slice, to decorate
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass decorated with an orange slice and serve with whole wheat raisin muffins.
