Healthy smoothie recipe


Ingredients


100ml pure apple juice
1 banana
1 tablespoon spirulina
ice cubes
4 strawberries
1 kiwi fruit

Method


Place ice cubes into the blender and whiz. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled serving glass.
