Power smoothie
For those who lead active lifestyles.
Ingredients
225ml/8fl oz chilled whole milk
4 tbsp powdered skim milk
2 tsp molasses or honey
1 tsp brewers’ yeast
1 ½ tsp spirulina
2 scoops vanilla ice cream or frozen yoghurt
4 strawberries
1 banana
Method
Combine all ingredients for the shake in a blender and process until smooth and frothy. Serve in a chilled glass.
