Coconut smoothie


Ingredients


½ medium sized pineapple, cored and cut into chunks
1 banana, peeled and chooped
1 apple, peeled quartered and cored
150ml/5fl oz light coconut milk
fresh mint leaves to garnish
ice cubes

Method


Place  the ice cubes, into the blender and whiz. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve chilled, garnished with mint leaves.
